Many Smartphones which supports 4G services but lack of VoLTE features in it, so to tackle this kind of issue Reliance Jio contains a free android app called Jio 4G Voice  previously named as Jio Jio, with this app a user can make voice and video calls simultaneously as it comes with dialer and many other calling features.

Trick to 

Fix Reliance Jio 4G Voice Calling Problem:


1. Firstly switch off your smartphone.

2. Open back pannel and Make sure Reliance Jio sim card is inserted in 1st sim slot & turn on your mobile now

3. Now Go To Settings > Mobile networks (Network Operators) & click on ' search network manually ' 

NOTE: Above option will be seen only in 4G enabled smartphones having LTE preferred network type with Jio 4G as Access Point Names

4. Wait for search results after that you need to select Jio 4G.

5. Once you are registered on network, install/open Jio 4G Voice app 

6. Turn on your mobile data now

7. Jio 4G Voice will start connecting to network & once the connection is established , it will show as online status to you

Above method works surely for all 4G enabled devices , but in case of hurry or case in which you were not be able to restart your phone then this trick works best for you. 

  • Disable you Mobile data or any connectivity
  • Go To Settings >>Apps>>Running Apps>>Tap on Jio4G Voice App>>Force Stop Jio4GVoice app
  • Go To Settings>>Mobile Networks>>Flight Mode
  • Turn on Flight mode for 1 minute, make sure its on flight mode 
  • Now Turn off Flight mode and wait for the appearance of signals
  • Run Jio4GVoice, initially it will show connecting mode and afterwards it will be showing online
  • All Set,  Now Enjoy free unlimited voice and video calling  with  Reliance Jio 4G Voice Calling App


Step: 3

  1. In this step you need to download older version of Jio4GVoice app
  2. Install carefully on your smartphone
  3. All Set, this is a older version , this issue is occurring after new version availability of Jio4GVoice app

if you know the exact loacation you can choose specific location and then click next . If nothing is found in the specific folder you searched then search for entire drive definately you will get that.
